By accessing or using OSPEX (the “platform”, “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. What OSPEX is

OSPEX is a technology platform that connects patients with independent healthcare providers (doctors, laboratories, pharmacies, hospitals, ambulance services, blood banks and others). OSPEX is not a healthcare provider and does not practise medicine. Care is delivered by the providers you choose, who are solely responsible for the services they provide.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Using the Services as a patient

• Bookings, orders and requests are made with the provider, at their listed price.
• Provide accurate information; misuse, fraud or abuse may lead to suspension.
• In a medical emergency, always rely on local emergency services in addition to any in-app request.

4. Provider terms

• Providers must submit accurate business and licensing details and keep them current.
• Providers are responsible for the legality, safety and quality of their services, honouring confirmed bookings, and complying with our guidelines.
• Accounts are verified before going live and may be reviewed, suspended or removed for policy violations.

5. Payments, fees & settlements

Payments may be made online or at the provider's desk. Where OSPEX facilitates online payments, applicable platform fees or commissions are shown in the provider dashboard, and settlements are made to the provider's registered account. Prices are set by providers.

6. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access data you're not authorised to, disrupting the platform, or using it for unlawful purposes. Provider staff must only access patient information permitted by their role.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is”. OSPEX does not guarantee any particular medical outcome and is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent providers. Content on the platform is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OSPEX is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or from services delivered by providers.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the platform and its users. You may stop using the Services at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified through the Services, and continued use means acceptance.
